EQUINOX-MEDITATION

You might want to take the time to write a few notes to yourself, or spend time pondering the following questions:

  1. Where in your life do you see yourself acting in an extreme way?
  2. What is extreme in your reactions/behavior/experience?
  3. How would the other extreme look like? (For example – if you’re very angry – how would it be to be very relaxed? If you’re very afraid – how would it feel to be very confident, if you are too mellow – how would it be to be more assertive? And so forth…)
  4. Can you imagine what a balanced state would be? (A state that does not go to one extreme or the other)
  5. How would your life look if these territories would be more balanced?
  6. What can bring you into balance in the territories/behaviors/habits mentioned?
